"This office fails to be accountable for their own mistakes. This office and leadership fail to even provide basic decency and would rather argue with a customer than provide a resolution for again, repeated mistakes. Truly I will be seeking alternative insurance, after many years of being with state farm the decline in care and attention to account details and even customer service has declined to the point I can no longer stand to interact with these particular individuals. I will no longer be recommending. Look elsewhere if you see this.
